Important Notice: Update concerning COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus)

Update for our crematorium during the COVID 19 outbreak 23.3.2020 you are all important to us.

We will continue to do home transfers, but we will not enter your homes. We will advise where to place you pet abiding by the 2-metre rule set out by the Queensland Government. If anyone at your home has any of the symptoms or has been in contact with anyone else that has symptoms, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a transfer from your home. You can bring your pet to us by appointment. No more than 2 people to the crematorium at any time and just enough time to say goodbye. This breaks our heart that we can shake your hand or give you that hug and have a chat. All transfers from our veterinary clinics will follow all rules outlined by the clinics.

Our drivers have the appropriate items on board with them including face masks, gloves and sanitisers. Our staff are continually updated with any changes.

Viewings and cremation witnesses will no longer be available for this time. This decision was made for the health of our staff and yourselves.

Ashes return will be by appointment only at the crematorium and we will bring the ashes out to you, please stay in your vehicle.

Ashes return to family home’s will be to the front door and we will wait at a safe distance until you collect.  No longer can we give you that hug or have a chat like we always do. We already have families under quarantine in our area.

We will not be accepting cash payments for the time being. All transactions are to be made by Zip Pay credit card, direct or bank transfer.

Remember to wash your hands for 20 seconds and sanitise.

We appreciate your patience during this time.

Stay home and stay safe.
